Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused longboards in their original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the pavement with a setup you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the longboard and any accessories back into their original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the board to ensure it is in new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
